We are now reopen for bookings however taking our responsibility to public safety very seriously.
The following restrictions will be in place to keep both our customers and instructors safe for the foreseeable future:
We will be cleaning all the commonly used areas at the beginning of the day and after each similator session.
We will be running on a reduced schedule intitially in order to allow our staff appropriate time to clean the simulator.
If you have an Airline Pilot Ultimate Experience - we are working closely with our pilots to get some sessions blocked out where you can visit the simulator and take part in your experience. We will be updating you on this in the coming weeks. In the meantime, if you would like to change to a standard experience you have the option to do this and will need to contact us.
We are only allowing bookings 6 weeks in advance at the moment while we continue to adapt. New dates will be released each date, 6 weeks in advance.
Voucher information
Vouchers purchased directly from us: these have been extended until the end of the year and you can schedule in your visit as normal
Groupon: vouchers have been extended until the end of the year and you can schedule in your visit as normal. Please enter the Groupon Security Code when booking.
Wowcher/Living Social: vouchers are extended until 30th November and you can schedule in your visit as normal. Please enter the voucher code exactly as it is on your voucher.
TravelZoo: vouchers have been extended until the end of the year and you can schedule in your visit as normal. Please include your PIN code.
BuyAGift: You can extend your voucher for 6 months free of charge here. The voucher will expire if you don’t.
Red Letter Days: You can extend your voucher for a further 6 months free of charge here. The voucher will expire if you don’t.
