Below are some of our most frequently asked questions.

You do not need any previous experience to flight our flight simulator.

We cater for all experience levels – whether you are a complete beginner who is in need of help every step of the process or a qualified pilot who simply wants to come and use the simulator.

Children are more than welcome to use our simulator however anyone under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

Please note that in order to fully operate the aircraft, you will need to reach the rudder pedals and overhead switches however if you are too small to do so our instructor will be able to help you with this.

While we don’t have any hard rules regarding this, the simulators are very tight spaces and therefore you should be able to get into a car seat comfortably if you are using our simulator.

The A320 has a seat weight limit of 120kg. Unfortunately if you are heavier than this you will not be able to fly the A320.

Our simulators is a high fidelity Boeing 737-800 NG & A320 replicas.

This means that everything about the cockpit and flight controls have been recreated to be as realistic as possible. Our simulator is a 1:1 exact replica of the real aircraft cockpit.

This depends on exactly what you would like to do.

Some like to start the aircraft up while other prefer to get on with the flying straight away. Each session is different however you will get your full time in the actual cockpit.

Absolutely. We have plenty of space for you to bring family or friends along to the experience.

Please note that only 1 person will be able to fly the simulator unless you have purchased multiple vouchers.

You can yes, just let us know when you book in via the schedule your visit section on our website.

When booking directly with us you will have access to dates and times 3rd party bookings will not.

You can also get a personalised boarding pass style voucher with the persons name printed on to give as a gift.

Upon arrival please report to our check-in / reception. It maybe that the instructor is in another simulator session when you arrive, if this is a case please feel free to help yourself to a drink and take a seat in our check-in area.

We are located a short distance away from Newcastle Central Station. You can get directions to us by using Google Maps and entering our post code NE4 7HX - We are Unit 26.

Yes, a number of public transport options are available. You can find your route using the Moovit website here – https://moovit.com

Yes, we do have onsite parking at our building.

We do operate by appointment only however we can book appointments with as little as one hour notice.

You can book in your session directly on our website once you have purchase your voucher - simply visit the schedule your visit section on the main menu.

Once booked you have up to 24 months to visit us and redeem your session.

Providing it is more than 24 hour before you booking, you can reschedule at any time.

If your booking is less than 24 hours, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.
